To strengthen our international team, the following position is being offered:

Your responsibilities:

• Responsibility for the entire product life cycle from idea to market launch
• Development and implementation of product strategies in close cooperation with the R&D, Marketing and Sales departments
• Obtaining market and customer requirements and identifying market opportunities
• Carrying out competitive analyses to define the unique selling points of our products
• Creating and maintaining product documentation and creating product presentations
• Carrying out product validations and usability tests as part of product development
• Training and supporting the sales team during customer visits
• Participation in trade fairs, conferences and customer events

Your profile:

• At least 5 years of professional experience in product management or sales, ideally in the field of medical technology (neurological rehabilitation)
• Completed medical technology training
• Strong assertiveness and implementation skills
• Ambition and initiative with a quick grasp of things
• Interest in working with different disciplines (customers, development team, sales, therapists)
• Communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Willingness to travel (40%)
• Very good written and spoken English and German skills

The gross salary for this position is around €56,000 per year.  We will determine your actual gross salary together with you based on your professional qualifications and experience.
