Deine Aufgaben:

• Point of contact in technical support for customers and sales partners worldwide (medical devices in the hardware and software domain)
• Handling of complaints and repair inquiries via phone and/or email
• Assisting the field sales team with technical queries and finding customized solutions for customers
• Developing customized offers for maintenance, spare parts, and repairs
• Performing maintenance and repair work at customer and sales partner locations
• Planning and organizing maintenance appointments
• Conducting technical service training sessions
• Data maintenance in the CRM system (maintenance contracts, customer inquiries)
• Creating technical manuals and documents (e.g., service/repair instructions)

Dein Profil:

• Completed technical education (e.g., apprenticeship/technical college in the field of electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, robotics, etc.)
• Very good German and English language skills in both written and verbal communication
• Excellent technical understanding
• Proficient IT skills (MS Office tools)
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Service and customer orientation
• Willingness to travel (approximately 30%, globally)
• Proactive with a high level of accountability
• Enjoy working in a team and with external customers and partners worldwide
• Previous experience in technical support/customer service is advantageous
• Experience with CRM tools is advantageous
• Basic ERP knowledge is desirable
• B driver's license is desirable
• Open and communicative personality
